Essential oils are extremely beneficial when taken internally!  Here are a few ways you can incorporate essential oils into your daily routine:

  • Add a couple drops to a glass of water, juice, yogurt, honey, tea or plant based milk and drink
  • Add a couple drops of oil (to taste) to meals when cooking
  • Place several drops of oil into a vegetable capsule and swallow
